The shop isn't open yet. Nothing is on sale today, so no order is covered by this page yet. It will be complete before the shop opens.

These terms apply when you use renvalle.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns and refunds, which are part of these terms.

Who we are

Renvalle is a brand of Alden Ridge Group LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Renvalle", "we", "us"). Our store runs on Shopify, and checkout and payment are handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, try to access parts of it you are not meant to, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe every product accurately, including fiber content, size and origin. Colors can look different on different screens. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Returns and refunds policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel orders at that price and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund any amount charged.

Shipping, delivery and risk

Intellectual property

The site's text, photographs, graphics and the Renvalle name are ours or used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided as described. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those stated in these terms. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. [TBD: counsel review of warranty language]

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [TBD: counsel review]

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [TBD: dispute resolution, venue, and whether arbitration applies]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
