This policy explains what Renvalle collects when you use renvalle.com, why, who else handles it, and what you can do about it. Renvalle is operated by Alden Ridge Group LLC ("Renvalle", "we", "us"), based in the United States.
Effective date: October 29, 2026
What we collect
We collect only what the site needs to work and to answer you.
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join the launch list, and, if you answer it, which color you would want next. Your name, email address, optional order number and message when you use the contact form. When checkout opens: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if you give one) and order details.
- Payment information. Card details are entered on Shopify's hosted checkout and processed by Shopify's payment providers. They never pass through or get stored on our servers.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and commerce providers receive technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time. Cookies are used to keep your cart and to make checkout work.
How we use it
- To send the launch email you asked for, and nothing else unless you opt in to more.
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending order and shipping updates.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and fix things that break.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. See "Analytics" below.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who handle it on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:
- Shopify, which hosts our store, cart and checkout and processes payments. Launch-list sign-ups are stored in Shopify as customer records (your email address, the product you signed up from, the colorway and size shown on that page, the next color you picked, and the name of the post or ad whose link brought you, if any), marked as launch-list sign-ups. See Shopify's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website and so receives the technical data described above. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Email provider for the launch list and order emails: not chosen yet. We will name it here before we send the launch email.
- Analytics provider: Cloudflare Web Analytics, part of the same Cloudflare service. It receives only the cookieless data described under "Analytics", never your email address or anything you type.
- Shipping carriers, who receive your name and address to deliver your order: not chosen yet, because nothing is on sale. We will name them here before the shop opens.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Analytics
Analytics provider: Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless: it sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and does not fingerprint you by your IP address or browser. It counts, in aggregate, visits to each page, with the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, country, and how fast the page loaded.
We also keep our own counts in Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine), written by our server:
- each page view: the page, the site that referred you, the name of the post or ad in a tagged link, your country and whether you use a phone, tablet or computer;
- a few named actions: product pages viewed, colorways picked, clicks into the launch-list field, and launch-list sign-ups and failed sign-ups with a general reason such as "invalid email";
- each launch-list sign-up: the product you signed up from, the colorway and size shown on that page, whether you changed them, the next color you picked, and the post or ad that brought you.
These counts never include your IP address, your email address, your name or anything you type. They only hold fixed labels (for example, a product name or a colorway).
Analytics is on unless you turn it off: choose "Reject non-essential" in the cookie bar, or turn Analytics off under "Cookie settings" in the footer. After that, the analytics script is not loaded and no actions are counted. The sign-up count is part of handling the sign-up you asked for, so it does not depend on this setting.
Do Not Track
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signal, our site sends no analytics at all: the analytics script is not loaded, and no page views or actions are counted. Our hosting and commerce providers may still receive the technical data described above, because the site cannot be delivered without it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our store uses cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout, and one cookie, rv_consent, that remembers your cookie choice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may stop working. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our cookie and tracking policy lists each cookie, who sets it and how long it lasts.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or as the law requires:
- Launch-list email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribed addresses: we keep only the email address, on a do-not-email list, so we never email you again.
- Order, payment and delivery records: 7 years after the order, for tax, accounting, returns and payment disputes.
- Messages you send us: 24 months after our last reply, or longer while a dispute or legal claim is open.
- Site statistics: our own counts are kept for 3 months. Cloudflare may keep its summary statistics longer.
- Campaign tag: kept in your browser tab only and cleared when you close it.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Shopify and Cloudflare also keep data under their own policies. After these periods we delete the data or remove what identifies you. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it promptly.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time.
- State privacy laws. Some US states, including California, give residents additional rights under laws such as the CCPA. Several of those laws only apply to businesses above certain size thresholds. Whether or not a specific law applies to us, we will respond to the requests above, and we will update this policy if our obligations change.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We rely on providers with industry-standard security, and our site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will also tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
