Returns and refunds

The shop isn't open yet. Nothing is on sale today, so no order is covered by this page yet. It will be complete before the shop opens.

If something isn't right, you can send it back. Here is how that works.

Return window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items must be:

• Unused and unwashed, with no marks, odors or pet hair.
• In their original packaging, with any tags still attached.

Silk shows wear quickly, so we inspect every return. Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or refunded in part. [TBD: confirm final-sale exceptions, if any]

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. [TBD: return shipping label, prepaid or customer-paid]
3. Pack the item securely and ship it with a trackable service. Keep your tracking number.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first; we can't match unannounced parcels to an order.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to say whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [TBD: refund processing time] business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within [TBD: reporting window] days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different colorway or size is to return the item you have and place a new order.
